The Reykjavik Crossfit Championship was held last week in Reykjavik, Iceland. It served as one of the 16 Crossfit Sanctional competitions that are a part of the new Crossfit 2018-2019 CrossFit season. The first place male, female winners will earn an invitation to the 2019 Crossfit Games in Madison, Wisconsin.
VTeam Athlete BK Gudmundsson earned a first-place finish at the Reykjavik Crossfit Championship. BK finished each event within the top nine and winning four of the events. BKG has now qualified for the CrossFit Games by becoming the Icelandic National Champion, through the Open Qualifier, and through a sanctioned event.
