Policies
Shipping & Delivery
Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transferred to our fulfillment center, packed up safely, and assigned tracking. Orders are not deliverable on Sundays or Holidays. Free Domestic US Shipping for $150 or more | Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam - not included & international orders over $250 USD.
Please note:
- "2ND-Day Air" and "Next Day Air" shipping methods indicates the transit time (in business days, not including weekends and holidays) after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. It does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center, this is still 1-3 business days.
We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If your order has experienced a delay in shipment, which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact at customerservice@virusintl.com
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Virus Intl. to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Virus Intl may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Returns
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT 50% OFF OR MORE OR FROM THE OUTLET SECTION ARE FINAL SALE
If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item in new, unused condition, with tags attached for refund or exchange (for domestic USA orders) within 30 days of making your purchase.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
- We do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once the return reaches our fulfillment center. Click here to begin our return process.
